Hair restoration is a process to re-grow your own hair, stop hair loss and strengthen hair. SMA specializes in female and male hair restoration with a multi therapeutic approach, we incorporate a low level light device for root simulation to increase hair growth.

We are now offering HTMA with our health assessments/ consultations. Hair has been used for many years as an indicator for nutritional deficiencies and toxicity levels they may contribute to many health issues we are often struggling with including hair loss.

Hair tissue and mineral analysis (HTMA) is a non-invasive laboratory test that measures the mineral content of a hair sample in order to determine, nutrient deficiencies, toxic levels and assist in balancing your biochemical makeup.

Sisterlock ™ Services

The Sisterlocks™ Client Consultation

Sisterlocks™ are permanent and should not be considered if you are looking for a quick fix or a temporary reprieve from chemical processing.

At the Sisterlocks™ consultation you can expect to spend approximately one hour. The consultation is designed to discuss the Sisterlocks™ hair locking process. You will be asked questions regarding your lifestyle as it relates to your past and current hair care practices. This includes past hair styling habits, shampooing habits, daily activities such as exercise, outdoor pleasures, etc. We will discuss how the Sisterlocks™ process differs from other hair locking techniques. Your unique natural hair texture affects the appearance of Sisterlocks™. The use of certain types of hair care preparations affects the feel and appearance of Sisterlocks™.

At the 2nd consultation, you will receive a cluster of sample locks, in groups of around 8 – 12. You should have at least 3” to a maximum of 4” of hair length. Less than 3” will make the sample locks difficult to analyze. The purpose of these samples is to determine your natural hair texture, any changes in texture and density, and to choose which locking pattern is best suited for your particular hair type. It is strongly recommended that your hair be clean, free of any oils or conditioners and without braids or extensions. If you are transitioning from chemically processed hair to natural hair, at least 1 ½” to 2” of new growth is necessary.

YOU DO NOT NEED TO CUT OFF YOUR RELAXED HAIR. If you have recently relaxed your hair or are between braiding appointments, you will need to reschedule the consultation. If you have an extreme dandruff, eczema or psoriasis condition or an unhealthy scalp, which requires treatment, please reschedule until the condition is improved. A fifty percent deposit to secure your install appointment is due the day of test locks.

In order for Sisterlocks™ to be uniform in appearance and remain strong and healthy, we must form a partnership. This partnership means agreeing to be consistent with retightening appointments, following post appointment instructions, and using recommended Sisterlocks™ products, exclusively.

Our Policies

Appointments: In order to honor your time, we are making it a priority to make sure that your appointments will start in the first 5 minutes of your scheduled time. All clients must have a debit or credit card on file in order to guarantee scheduled appointments. We offer standing appointments. Please note that three missed appointments will terminate your future appointments.

Cancelations/No Show: We know that there are times when you may have to reschedule. We ask that you please give a 48-hour notice of cancelation. This gives us an opportunity to offer the time to another client. If you cancel in less than 48 hours, there will be a $25 assessment fee made for appointments that are blocked for 1 hour or less. Any appointments blocked for 2 hours or more will be assessed a fee of 50% of the service cost. This includes Locks, Sisterlocks
